Hi Everyone, in my current organization, the company provides us with a medical policy during the Diwali period. I resigned from the organization last month and am currently serving the notice period. Just a couple of days ago, my child was injured, and I asked HR, "Can I get reimbursement?" She said no because I am serving a notice period.

So the question is, can someone please help me understand if there is a rule that during the notice period, the company does not allow us to receive medical benefits from the insurance company?

Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone, in my current organization, the company provides us with a medical policy. "Who is the service provider to you? Please go through the terms and conditions for the mediclaim." During the Diwali period, I resigned from the organization last month and am currently serving the notice period. Just a couple of days back, my child was injured, and I asked HR, "Can I get the reimbursement?" - "For the mediclaim policy, how can you claim reimbursement? Why are you not going for the cashless facility? Generally, 24-hour hospitalization is covered under the mediclaim policy."

Thanks in advance.
