Hi Every one,
In my current organisation , company provide us medical policy in the Diwali period, & i resigned in the organisation in the last month & now serving the notice period , So after that just a couple of days back, my child has injured and i asked HR , "can i get the reimbursement", she said , No , because you are serving a notice period.
So the question is, please help me with , is there any rule , that if we are on the notice period , & in that period company will not allow us to get the medical benifits from the insurance company.

In my current organisation , company provide us medical policy - Who is the service provider to you? Please go through terms and conditions for the mediclaim
in the Diwali period, & i resigned in the organisation in the last month & now serving the notice period , So after that just a couple of days back, my child has injured and i asked HR , "can i get the reimbursement" - For mediclaim policy how you can claim reimbursement? Why are you not going for cashless facility? Generally 24 hour hospitalization is covered under mediclaim policy.
