Dear HR person, In my present organization the salary cycle is 26th of last month to the 25th of present month, and my salary software makes salary by calendar days i.e. 1st of the current month to 30/31 st of the month . In my organization total staff strength is of 700 employees.
Now the question is if some one joins on 1st of September then how much salary he should get and how. And if this joined person lefts the job by 10 of October then what should be his F&F amount and . please explain the same
