Please tell me...how to calculate full n final settlement.... I work fr a company for 11 months.... does deduction made during my probation period will also be calculated while making my final settlement???
The company didn't gave me any confirmation in-spite-of commitment of giving it after the probation...
There were deduction for my Gratia, LTA & Gratuity mediclaim... how m I supposed to calculate my claim?

dear darsan,
if you have completed one calender year or you have completed continious 240 days service then you will be eligible to get the following.
1-Notice pay-26 days' basic salary
2-Retrenchment compensation-15 days' basic salary
3-Earned Leav- 1 day wages on20 working days
4-Bonus -As decleared by Co. for the Financial year.
5-LTA- As deducted by yur employer month-wise from ur salary

Thanks for your reply, just wanted to know about the deducation made during my probation period can I claim those??
like they gave me a bonus of 13k...inspite of deducting 2800 for 11months from my salary...m I elgibile to claim the rest amount which they have deducted....
also about the LTA.... since I work thr for 11 months.... cn I claim LTA too????

there is no need to complete 1 year for getting full & final. please refer industrial disput act sect25
