Dear All,
As per the notice period service clause in the appointment letter an employee is supposed to serve 1 month notice period. Now if an employee resigns in the month of June then his full and final settlement calculation will be based on 30 days or 31 days in the month.Incase he has served on 10 days notice then the recovery should be calculated on rest 20 days of the month or 21 days?
Please help me on this.
Thanks
