Dear All,

In 2014, I resigned from Bangalore-based company Y and joined a new company. Through company Y, I applied for PF Transfer. After 1.5 years, when I checked with the present company, they said the amount was not transferred to their account. When I contacted Bangalore PF Office, initially, I was informed that the "Amount has been Transferred," with the bank transaction details. To my shock, the amount had been transferred to an unknown account belonging to Haryana state. Upon further follow-up with Bangalore PF Office, they acknowledged their mistake by stating that due to technical reasons, the "amount had been transferred to an invalid account," and I was instructed to initiate the PF process again through the Bangalore-based company Y.

Once again, with the help of company Y, I initiated the process. One month ago, they rejected the PF form, stating that the "amount is already transferred." I'm totally clueless about this. Can someone guide me on how to proceed further? (The amount I am supposed to receive is 15 lakhs.)

I have all the email communication that occurred between me and the PF Office. Twice, I raised a complaint through Home Page, but they closed the case.

P.S. To be concise, they have transferred the amount to an unknown account.

Regards,
Basith

Hi Vineet,

Thank you for the update. When will the grievance meeting happen in Bangalore? Is there any timetable available?

I have already raised the case with the EPFO twice, but they closed the case.

Regards,
Abdul Basith
