Dear Friend,
Without knowing your age, experience and other experience you have gained moving on the dark path is not advisable. However, write XLRI, Management exams for betterment of your life, if company/organisation sponsor you better get your self engaged, every thing is in your hands, never never be an obstacle for your own betterment..
with best wishes...

Dear Sir,
I have 4+ years of experience in HR and i am 28 years of old. There is no PF & ESI in my company and I do not have experience in this. Now i want to work in a company where all the complaisance are followed and for that I think I should have experience of that. Please suggest me training centers to learn about HR generalist Complaisance or should I do MBA part time. what will be helpful for me?
Thanks.
