Hi, I am D.Delhi Rao, completed my Post Graduation Diploma In Management with HR specialisation In April 2017. I have been selected for a marketing executive for a reputed company. But my Dreams and my aims towards HR only always. I am unable to do my work whole heartily. I am confused to do the work in as a marketing executive or to leave,I cant leave the job without having other job in hand. I have a dream to make new HR Practices or HR Strategy to the company. i am feeling that i lost my dreams.please any one suggest me what to do. i am confused and Depressive.
