Hi, all...

I am working in a startup company with 30 employees (mostly freshers). I have conducted an induction program for freshers and have also conducted sessions on email etiquette, etc. However, the management wants me to take on a mentor/trainer role to instill more professionalism among the freshers. I joined the company as a fresher and did not receive any training myself. Being the only HR in the company, I have no one to turn to for help in this regard.

Please provide me with guidance on the areas I should prioritize, if possible!

Since it is a startup, the basic etiquette includes dress code, email etiquette, interacting with colleagues, punctuality, discipline, prioritizing and accomplishing given tasks on time, and teamwork, etc.
