Hi All,
Good Afternoon,
I want to have a discussion on the issue of one private BPO employee, who was working with the company from the past 1 year as a Support staff team member of the relevant process.
As the matter of fact is that, she was not supposed to work on the particular role for which she has been hired by the company. Management has given the reason to her after joining the company, that due to lack of support staff she was not assigned to do the work for which she has been hired.
As she thinks, that she will get to learn new things and will understand their concern, started to do work for them.
But after increase in the support staff, she started to put herself in the role for which she has been hired, from management. They started ignoring her, and given the add on tasks along with the shift timing stretching demands.
When she started say no for shift stretching, as she fulfilled all her tasks within her shift timing, so they started to harass her by raising the warning letter for behavioural issue against her in the mid of the month.
Also, management was unable to proof any points against her so they started to callook out this as her attitude issue. Then, by the month end, management asked her to leave the organisation without allowing her to serve the notice period or giving 1 month salary as an advance. Asked her to leave the place instantly.
Also when she said No for that and asked to talk with senior person of the company regarding this, so they called her up after 3 days and then the senior person of the company also said the same thing to her. Along with that, asked to fulfill her FnF formalities and they will give the positive background verification details whenever required by another company.
So she did not want to spoil her future career and family concern, she agreed for that and full filled FnF formalities on that day.
May I know whether she has done wrong and what other steps she can take for this issue and is there anything which she can do after leaving the organisation as she has the documents along with her self, too?
Thanks and Regards,
