I am working in a private limited company. At the time of appointment, the company HR told me that I should work for 8 hours in one day. However, the appointment letter does not mention the working hours or the weekly off. I am currently working for 12 hours a day. Can you suggest what I should do?

Hi, I have a query about calculating the leave with wages amount to be fixed in a quotation/CTC working for employees. Therefore, what percentage of basic and DA/Special Allowance should be considered, and how should this percentage be calculated to explain to prospective clients?
For example, some people quote 5%, some quote 4.81%, while security agencies apply 4%. Could you please provide the exact figure for this calculation?
