As per Haryana Contract Labour (R&A) Rules, 1975 Form 2 is Certificate of Registration. Now if you want to update/amend the RC then you are required to give intimation of such change under Rule18(iv) of these Rules to the Registering Officer along with fee, if so required. At present you are to update the RC by online method by utilizing the e-mail & password on web portal of Haryana Labour Department.
