Dear All,

I am the Founder-President of an association related to Economic Development for Women Group. The association is 6 years old. We have formed a Committee for Sexual Harassment issues. We need a standard format for issuing summons to the respondent and other witnesses, admitting complaints, and acknowledging the same, as well as a letter to the police station to file an F.I.R. that is admissible under The Sexual Harassment Law 2013.

Please guide us on how to perform well within the Association.
