Hi, I am looking for better and good options for hiring freshers and experienced professionals for our company. As my company is not willing to spend money on any paid job portals, I have tried all free job portals and all social networks but failed to find good candidates through them. Please guide me if anyone has any better options for hiring freshers and experienced professionals, as I am looking for the best and low-cost options for hiring.

In this case, if the organization is not willing to spend on the portal, then obviously they are not willing to pay good packages as well. For campus placement, colleges are allowing campus placements only if they get good packages.

Try using portals like Indeed and LinkedIn, or try social media platforms like Facebook. These can help you in hiring both freshers and experienced individuals. Although more hard work is required on these portals compared to paid portals, you will still be able to achieve some results.

As per my opinion, the best portal for recruitment is LinkedIn only. It is free of cost, and the more connections you have on LinkedIn, the more resources you will get from here. Nowadays, all professionals are active on LinkedIn.

Employers can post jobs and search for candidates. I am not sure if it can work for all requirements but may be useful for entry-level jobs.
