Hello All!!
Actually, our company(software company) has policy that, employee has to serve notice period of 2 months and this two month salary will be provided in third month after full and final settlement. So I just want to confirm that is it policy is right or required some changes.
As employees has concern that there is no such policy in which notice period salary will be provided after full and final settlement.
So can you specify changes or share any notice period policy so that this doubt get clarified??

Hi Shubhangi,
It is illegal to withheld the salary of an employee for the period they have worked. Many companies will pay the last month salary along with F&F, if the employee's last working day falls between any calendar month.
