I putting this quote on this website only because I need support and help .
Currently,I am working in a private co. infect resigned today because i got opportunity from other company and accepted that however they wanted me to join immediately as they are ready to buy out my notice period .. but anyhow i asked them me to give me at least one week time .. they granted ... now i am coming on the point where exactly i need your help.
Today, when i resigned without serving complete notice period and ask for acceptance letter for resignation but they(My current origination) told me they do not provide an acceptance letter since my due is pending i need to clear the dues only then they will provide me acceptance letter.
Now the point is this, i don't have any proof of last working day with current employer which is very much required in my next company which i am going about to join.
So pl help me what option i have that i can take my acceptance either on mail or paper ... so that i can show it to next company till the time i will not do F&F.
Hope, you all will assist me regarding this and mitigate my worry.
