Dear Mrityanjyu, You have not mentioned whether he has resigned or being retrenched. In case of resignation, whether appointed with appointment letter or mutual understanding, he is entitled for Earned Wage, Earned Leave and Bonus only but in case being retrenched, he is entitled for notice / notice pay and retrenchment compensation.
