I am workinG in private engg college but one day in my HOD CABIN one of my colleague abused me in unprofessional manner and language in front of my staff present but instead of taking action on that staff principal has appointed another person as HOD and whatever working load of subjects are taken back from me .From that day i am load less in the department and also only my salary is also stopped I am helpless because i have Home loan of SBI My son is in 10 th whole tension is increasing and i am in full depression Due to Principals attitude towards me .He told me that yr performance is not to the mark but there is no tool to measure the performance but students ares satisfied by teaching
What to do pl suggest the solution because basic reason kept aside and he is expecting my last 4 yrs performance

If you can take this issue to the chair person, it may get resolved. My opinion is that, you can look out for a job. You have mentioned that your son is in 10th standard and that proves that you have a great experience, unless you came into this profession recently.
Also there should be some cause for the your colleague to abuse you in front on your HOD.
