Important Points

1. Check if it can create a centralized database of all HR forms filled by employees.
2. Ensure it provides a unique Employee Self-Service Login (ESS) to each employee.
3. Opt for a cloud-based HRMS, not software-based (eliminating the need for installation on any systems).
4. Ensure it includes modules for Leaves and Appraisals.

Good-to-Haves

1. Incorporate a recruitment module to transition 'Joined' candidates to 'on-boarded' employees.
