Hi All,
Seek your help with something!
It's the time of goal setting in our organisation for the Performance Review that would happen in September. While most of the employees have already uploaded their goals, I want to send a mail to the recently joined employees, who would have settled in the system now and would upload their goals. I am looking at initiating this by sending a mail to them. And I am stuck with not knowing how to begin the mail. I want to set the tone by mentioning something like "hope you have settled well in the system and clear about the KRAs"...
It would be really helpful if you could share your thoughts on the same.
Thanks & Regards,
Akshaya

The mail could be framed like this:-
Dear Employees, Greetings from HR. Trust you all have settled in your respective positions and enjoying your work. This mail is to remind you regarding uploading your respective KRA's/goals in conformation with your reporting manager for this quarter (you decide timeframe). As you all must be aware that this is an mandate process that we all have to adhere ensuring both you and your reporting manager are clear about your job objectives and expected results from you. Let me reiterate the process for your convinience:-
Employee should define his goals and submit to his/her reporting manager and seek his one on one meeting.
Employee to seek approval from the reporting manager (after agreeing any modifications)
Employee to upload their goal setting doc into HR internal site
Assess performance in accordance with the goals on weekly/ monthly basis ( I strongly recommend this to all new employees to ensure they understand shortcomings and fill the gap proactively than during end of the cycle).

Team, this is very important task that makes you aware about your performance before someone highlights gaps. So I expect all your support and cooperation in this regard. If you find difficultly in this process, you may contact any of the HR team who will help you.

May all of you achieve your goals this quarter.

All the best!
