As part of our ongoing endeavor to improve the quality of professionals across the nation, we are actively training women in self protection and critical awareness as part of our women's development forum for quite a while now.
The program is called "Give It To Them" and it aims at helping women at protecting their dignity from aggressors. Be it in the workplace, on the streets or in even in their homes.
The aim of the program is to train women on the following:
1)Legal & Police Procedures
2)Women’s & Children’s rights
3)Alertness, quick thinking
4)Avoiding potentially dangerous situations using non violence
5)Self defence techniques (to be used at extreme situations only)
