Dear Mukesh,
How did you get this letter, did you appear for any interview in personal or thru video conferencing, Did you send your resume or had submitted to any consultant.
If the offer is on mail , read the complete mail and see if there is any sentence written where they are asking for some money to be deposited in a particular account number.as consultancy or visa arrangement charges
If it is ?? Delete the mail and move forward.
Do not share your personal details like passport number , bank account etc.
Most chances are that this might be fake
Take Care !

Generally unsolicited jobs are fake to a great extent .
Search for this company on the net with the address.
Do not share any bank, passport or give any money.
Some golden rules:
Never part with your money. The golden rule is, any job offer that requires that you pay a fee in advance, is likely to be a scam.
Do some research on the company.-use the net, discuss with your friends etc
Free email accounts. Any recruiter or company that corresponds from a free email account such as Yahoo, Live, Hotmail or Gmail is very likely a scammer. See whether the email a/c is of the company.
Vague sketchy job descriptions which do not give a fair idea of what you are expected to do.
Care and caution is the key to avoid getting scammed.
