My cousin joined a new company 10 days ago. However, the company has not provided the joining letter yet. Yesterday, the project manager informed the entire team to start looking for new jobs as the project is nearing its completion. This situation has impacted my cousin's career, and now it is affecting mine as well. Can I file a case against the company?

As discussed earlier in this forum, please check the credentials of the company before joining. With regards to your filing a legal case, it will not yield much since you are in the probation period. Please review the probationary clause of your company. They may terminate you without any notice if the clause states so. It is advisable to seek a better job instead of wasting time and money in legal tangles.
