Hi,
Can somebody please provide a solution? We have an employee on off-role who has accessed data of invoices totaling more than 7 lakh, which is crucial for invoicing. He has only signed the appointment letter, and we also have proof via email that the document is in his possession. However, he is insisting on settling his full and final after he hands over all the documents. Please help. Can we file a complaint against him or send a legal notice? Please note that we do not have a labor license.

Hi Anonymous! Your question is very interesting, but sadly I could only advise you on two things. The first one is asking your colleagues at work; perhaps they know the right answer. The second one is paying for a research paper at https://paperial.com/pay-for-research-paper, for example. I still don't understand why you don't have a labor license, and you might write an answer to this here below my comment. I would also recommend you to check a previous comment with a document in it. This research could give you some ideas on how to handle the situation. I suggest starting from this part:
"Fred, a 17-year employee with Sam's Sauna, was fired for poor job performance and attendance after receiving five disciplinary penalties within a 12-month period under the company's progressive disciplinary policy. A week later, Fred informed his former supervisor that he had a substance abuse problem."
I hope that my advice is useful.
