Hi Gayathri
It is everywhere. You cant shift companies for these types of reason. Try to have a friendly at the same time professional relations with them. Show your patience. It will take time to take them in conffidence. Dont loose your patience so easily.
Thanks

Dear Gayathri,
Yes as mentioned by Manish this type of problems will be there every where. Even i was one who had thought like you it happens when we don't have any support. Tell what will you do if you have to face similar kind of problems where ever you go, i would suggest you to continue in the same job for some more days that will help you to gain two kinds of advantage, one the people who are against you will try to clam if down once they see you strong and than you can gain more experience as Assistant manager which will help you when you change the job. Anyways all the best for you..........

Hi,
Manish is right. It is a wrong reason to quit!
In professional life, situations like these will keep on coming. You cant change jobs in a jiffy.
In situations like these, its equally important to develop and create PERSONAL equations with people along with showing professional expertise.
You sure are good at your domain. What you now need is a little People Management ability. Try and build personal rapport with the most influential circle there. Slowly and gradually it will turn good.
Cheers

Hi Gayathri
I am not sure how far i m right... but i feel ur in a situation that you have got a chance to prove your self, your work, your personal skills, etc.. and its a challege given to you by all your staff. For which u will have to take it very professionally, spotively.
As your in HR you should have a proper planning of your aim for wat u need... TO have a good relation within your team you should learn to have a friendly communication skills..
Good relationship with senior management too is equally important.
So for all this you should have a very confident speach while your intracting with any of your colleagues. Which will show you a big change in wat ever you doo..
Wish you luck. And please let me know if i am wrong in any ways, if so please correct me.
Thanks

Dear Gayathri,
I think You have start your caarrer right now.
You will fdace lot of problem from all company.
but how it will be possible for you to not to face this type of problem.
in my opinion if you wnat to continue in HR you have to be very strong & friendly nature with all of them.
You have to make them own. But not all times. You have to be professional also.

Dear Gayathri
Acceptance problem is common whenever you go to a new organization or a new department in the same organization.
This problem gets solved with time when you start building a rapport with all the employees. Some how people take time when they have to accept somebody new....
As of changing the organization, since you have just got promoted as Assistant Manager you would have to stay on atleast for one year to get the same designation in a new organization.
I think you should stay and face the challenge....YOu will learn a lot in the bargain.
