Hi, sir/ma'am! I got an opportunity as an HR fresher in a well-known hospital. So, my query is how much minimum salary they will provide me as a fresher? Also, what would be my responsibilities as an HR in the hospital? I really don't have knowledge of what the actual work is to be done there. Please reply, sir/ma'am. Thanks in advance! :)

Dear,
As per your questions, some doubts flashed in my mind.
1. On what basis does the interview take place?
2. What is the company's JD?
3. What kind of responsibilities are you looking for in a candidate?
4. The candidate has to clear roles and responsibilities in the interview place itself.
Anyway, I will try to give you a short answer. Organization to organization, HR roles, responsibilities, and designations also differ.
General norms:
1. Recruitment
2. Training & development
3. Induction Orientation
4. Payroll
5. Attendance
6. Employee Engagement
7. Exit Interviews
8. F & F Settlements

Hi,
I have worked in a hospital as an HR for around 3 years. As far as my knowledge, the below-mentioned will be your responsibilities as an HR:
1. Filing - Major work in the hospital's HR department.
2. Issue ID cards.
3. Coordinate for pre-employment health check-ups / annual health checkups.
4. Coordination in recruitment.
5. Follow-up for duty roster.
6. Joining formalities.
7. Day-to-day work.
I would suggest you to join if it is an NABH accredited hospital; surely you will have good knowledge about audits. All the best.
Regards,
Sonal
