Hi all,

Good evening.

I am from J&K, and after my bachelor's, I got placed in an MNC in Kolkata as I am a commerce graduate. So, I got hired for BPO. However, luckily, I got an IT project in the same MNC in the networking field as a Process Lead (operations team) conducting online assessments. I have done short-term courses in a similar field for three months, which helped me there. However, the problem is that I asked my supervisor to de-tag me from BPO and tag me on the same project, and I got an unexpected answer that they don't have the budget. Now it's more than a year, and I am chasing the same. Also, my responsibility is to monitor the centers where the assessments are in process. Nothing new, doing the same thing daily, no knowledge. Lastly, I requested them to de-tag me from the project, and now I am again tagged in BPO services.

Can anyone suggest me, like I have more than two years of experience, and now I am a bit confused. Shall I join voice process to improve my communication skills or go for an MBA program as the time of all the entrance exams is over, so I am left with no options.

The place from where I belong has no exposure, no job opportunities, either you have a sound capital or family business.

I thank my parents that they have done so much for me, at least supported me till my graduation.

Now can anyone suggest me, shall I join the Voice process and side by side prepare for an MBA and next year go and give a hit for entrance exams, because I have floated my resume in the market; however, it sinks. No doors are open, no networking jobs, everyone said you are just monitoring. Currently, I am pursuing the CCNA/CCNP program just to give weightage to my CV.

Thanks for your time and help for going through the message and providing me with the best suitable way.

Can anyone suggest to me? I have more than two years of experience, and now I am a bit confused. Should I join the voice process to improve my communication skills or go for an MBA program? Now, can anyone suggest to me should I join the voice process and simultaneously prepare for an MBA, then next year attempt the entrance exams? I have floated my resume in the market; however, it has not received any responses. No doors are open for networking jobs; everyone says I am just monitoring. Currently, I am pursuing the CCNA/CCNP program just to give weightage to my CV.

Thanks for your time and help in going through the message and providing me with the best suitable way.
