My self Anand Vijayendra, I work in Tata Elxsi Limited,Bangalore as Recruitment Manager. I have totally 13 yrs of experience in Recruitment Domain. Horizantally, Vertically i have worked with all the Technologies.
Present portfolio-I handle Lateral Hires -Globally & Freshers-On&Off Campus.
I am Ceritified Recruitment Analyst from Carlton Management, as well as I give seminars, Training on Effective & Recruitment Methodologies.

I am student, i dont have enough knowledge about this HR , as you people have..
I ran through your document.. I understood almost everything except this .. i too know it really costs a lot due to lack of eligibilty and skills for the people you recruit .... But i did not get this..

Can you explain this please....

Internal / External Client loss
Internal Loss: Bad Recruits Spreads negative influence on team members or collegues within the company thereby causing Organisational harmony, this might lead a demotivational factors to others working with him and to the extent team members mentally prepare to quit the company by his influence.
External Client loss: Bad Recruits + team members quitting the company immediately, or while serving notice period invites toubles to the projects, deadlines and commitment made to the client. Replacing bad recruits depends might take some times 10 days or 30 days, which leads dissatisfaction to the client, in turn we might loose client.
Future business loss
Once we loose client, theat means we have lost future business with that client.
