Dear Gunwant ji,
Though there is a law to issue salary slip to employee, pay salary by cheque / through bank account ( in Maharashtra ), deduct PF / ESI / PT etc. from salary as and when deductible, there are many employers who do not do it.
Since your salary is Rs. 25000/- pm neither you are falling under PF (presuming your basic salary since joining is more than Rs. 6500/- / Rs. 15000/-) nor under ESI. You can tell your prospective employer accordingly.
You can tell your prospective employer that your present employer has no system of issuing salary slip to employees however, as a proof of your salary, the employer has issued you salary certificate. Joining letter is also there with you. Those two documents are good enough for you to produce to your prospective employer.

Ask your present company for form 16 telling them that you are applying for a loan and bank wants form 16 for past 3 years.or you can make copy of the voucher through which you are paid.

Sir, in the earlier employment if you were on contract, definitely they must have deducted 10%TDS in your monthly salary and issued form 16A from time to time so long as you were with them. Otherwise they must have issued Form16 to you if you were given with appointment. They are the additional supporting documents together with your appointment letter given by your earlier employer. Still if you were in good books with the employer, you may request for salary details duly certified by them. Hope this suggestion with tailor with the suggestions given by the other experts. Regards.
