I have recently joined an IT company in Ahmedabad, and I'm the 1st recruit for HR. I have worked in a automobile company as a HR coordinator and i hardly know about an IT rules and laws.
Kindly help me to know the legal field for an IT company.

It will be easier than automobile company. Here you have to go through the shops and establishment act instead of factories act. Remaining acts will be same. Here you will be communicating through mail than through letterheads.
Mostly in IT companies, HR will have to spend more time in recruiting new people and training them.
