Dear Seniors,

I joined a Public Sector organization 2 years ago, but I have noticed a lack of training programs within the organization. I feel like I am becoming stagnant and would appreciate your suggestions. Could you recommend any magazines that I should read regularly to stay updated on new developments in HR?

Regards,

Hi Priya,

Labour Law Reporter is a very useful monthly magazine that provides all important judgments of all courts, including Supreme Court (S.C.), High Court (H.C.), Workmen's Court (W.C.), Labour Court (L.C.), touching all subjects of HR, IR, Legal, and Administration.

If you subscribe to this magazine, you will receive a good reference diary containing important formats for all HR works and a compliance chart to keep you informed of all statutory returns to be submitted within the specified time/period. I have been subscribing to LLR since 1987 when I joined as an Assistant Personnel Officer (APO) of a large organization. It has helped me prepare most of the papers for my seniors.

Good luck.

Dear sir, I am running a security business and have a Pasara license of M.P. Still, I am working in Indore. I want to open a separate office in Gwalior. What paperwork do I need to arrange to open the same business under the same license.
