Hello Everyone,
I am working with a well-known retail organization. I have recently joined here, and the first assignment given to me is to design a joining kit for all frontline staff. Can we all please share some ideas on what things/articles can be given as a joining kit gesture? Please note I am not looking for any forms/formats as part of the joining kit as they are already in place. I am looking for suggestions for items/articles for my frontline staff, which comprises 98% women and only 2% men.
Looking forward to your replies.
Regards,
Vival

Hi Vival,
Good evening!
As you mentioned that you are working with a retail organization, here are some items that can be included in a joining kit specifically for front-line staff:
1) Uniform & shoes (Subject to company dress code policy)
2) Name tag / ID card / Punching card / Conditional access card
3) Diary / Notebook / Register
4) Pen / Pencil
5) Tools specific to the job, for example, a measuring tape for an apparel outlet.
Feel free to customize the items based on the nature of the job the front-line staff is involved in.
Wishing you all the best.
