Hi Deepali,
As per my knowledge, the following things need to be displayed on the office notice board:
1) Registration Certificate of Shops & Establishment.
2) License obtained under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 (if anyone employed in terms of contract labor).
3) Abstract of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
4) Holiday List for the current Calendar Year.
5) Any notices given to the company by government authorities.
It appears that people are not following these guidelines, but it is advisable to display the above things on the premises from where the company operates.
I hope this information helps.
