Hello All,

I have started a new consultancy firm in Pune. I have been reading different threads regarding startups, and it has been very useful. Recently, I got a client. Initially, we came to a contract for recruitment only, but now my client wants to have his employees on a contract basis rather than on their company payroll. They have asked me to give a presentation regarding the pros and cons of this. I would really be thankful if I could get any help on this forum.

In addition, I would also like to know what will be the best way to attract new clients.

Hi Sangram,

There are plenty of articles on the internet on this subject. I feel that if you can provide insight into the industry segment, maybe experts can give you some input. Otherwise, generally, the pros and cons are common. Good luck.
