Due to you are under probation period, the management will deduct this amount from your salary if you resign.

The above allowances are not applicable to probationers, the company will provide the Safety Shoes and Measuring Tape to all probationers too, provided if the employee resigns in between the probation period or resigns before getting confirmed, the cost of the Safety Shoes and Measuring Tape will be recoverable from the respective employees.
The management reserves the rights to revise/withdraw this allowance from time to time.
Have amended to the best of my knowledge, let others/seniors also give their views.
