The Factories Act, 1948 - Use of Compressor.
The present trend by Labour Inspectors/Factory Inspectors while your renewal of Registration is due. There is a blackmailing trend being used by the Labour Inspectors. I happened to face one such incident.
One day, a person from an Engineering Company visited our factory and started enquiring about repairing machinery, etc. He observed things and then informed the Labour Inspectors. So, be cautious of these kinds of informants and never allow anyone inside your factory, no matter who they are. They can exploit even a minor mistake and cause unnecessary trouble just to line their pockets.
