I had to leave my previous employer without serving the required notice period of 3 months due to illness, I unable to perform my duty so, I send them letter of resignation along with doctor prescription. Now they are not paying me, last month salary, because I don't give them notice-period.
I signed appointment letter where they mention that.. -If you would want to leave or resign the job before completion of 1 year job, you would be required to give a notice of min 3 months to the company or the salary equivalent to 3 months would be compensated/ deducted/ claimed from you/ your dues
What should I do?

Dear RS99,
If your reason was genuine then why you get absconded ?
If company has deducted your one month salary then I don't blame company, they are right on their part.
Remember absconding is not ethical one, It's like breaking trust of the company.
If you want experience letter & Re-leaving letter then contact HR dept of your company complete all necessary documentation, & pay 2 months notice pay.
Sickness can't be reason for absconding. Now its up to you what you want to do next?
