Hi All,
As far as I know, there is no such act called 'Telangana Shops & Establishments Act'. Currently, the Andhra Pradesh Shops & Establishments Act is the only one in force. For the newly formed state, if they want to rename it, they need to pass a bill in the assembly (with modifications, additions, deletions if any). Only after this due process is carried out can an act be amended at the state level.
