Central govt list of holidays is for Central Govt offices across India. These will not be the same as that of State govt holidays.
Please keep watching the news/magazines for the announcement. sometimes Chambers of commerce and industyr [eg. BCCI) will gather these and communicate to all member industries.

Under the AP National Festival Holidays Act, Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad releases the List of Holidays for year 2007 on Nov 27, 2006.
Still negotations are going on with the Trade Unions. The Commissioner officially announces the List of Holidays on the successful completion of negotations with the Trade Unions.

The Government of Karnataka has notified the following days as general holiday during 2007. January 1, Bakrid; January 15, Sankaranthi; January 26, Republic Day; January 30, last day of Moharram; February 16, Maha Shivarathri; March 29, Ugadi; March 31, Mahaveer Jayanthi; April 6, Good Friday; April 20, Basaveshwara Jayanthi; May 1, May Day; August 15, Independence Day; September 15, Vinayaka Chaturthi; October 2, Gandhi Jayanthi; October 10, Mahalaya Amavasya; October 20, Ayudha Puja; November 1, Kannada Rajyotsava; November 8, Naraka Chaturdashi; December 21, Bakrid and December 25, Christmas.
Some other holidays such as Ambedkar's Jayanthi (April 14), Ramzan (October 13) and Bali Padyami (November 10) fall on second Saturdays and Id Milad (April 1) and Vijaya Dashami (October 21) on Sundays, according to an official release.
