My friend is working in reputed IT company past 9 years.suddenly they gone for BGC then they found its fake. The HR people said that we are going to terminate you and they said we will mention as terminated in service letter (They are not accepting resignation and also they are not willing to issue Experience Letter & Reliving Letter only service letter they will give). plz give me suggestion and how about future employment himself only the Earning person for entire 5 families plzzzz how to explain the new employer his situation plzzzzzzz....

Apart from what you mentioned, you haven't mentioned whether the exp shown by your friend was fake or not.
Meaning, was the HR right when they said the experience was fake?
Pl give the complete details--rather than giving just one side of the story.

Sorry sir,HR People confirmed it is Fake. I think he knows some problem is there with that documents. But he is confident on his work n performance. After 8 years 9 months who can expect they go for BGC. Previous company they verified and there is no issue. Recently 1 and Half year back another company takeover this company then they go for BGC. So he shocked about this BGC. So they said that we are going to terminate without accepting resignation. plzzz give me succession what impact will be in future employment.
