Hello.
I worked with this Staffing/Outsourcing company for an IT major for around 7 months as an IT recruiter. I quit as I had better opportunities served notice for month. The final settlement would be done after 3 months they told. I was fine with it but now the company does not pay my full amount which I was supposed to receive, nor does it provide my leave encashment reimbursement and also makes deductions on my salary. My offer letter clearly states I am entitled for leave enchashment and does not mention about any deductions to be made on my resignation. In this case I have tried talking to the HR but they are just not supportive in this regard and state that the payroll team handles it.As the company's payroll team sits in Hyderabad and I am at Bangalore what do I do next so that i receive my due share?? Please guide me in this regard and help me out resolve this issue. Thanks.

Hi,
You can write a letter to you HR- Manager and you ask regarding you full & final settlement as what kind of deductions have been made from the amount. I hope this will work. Or you can also contact your HR manager/ Hod or u can contact ur Boss too if Hr's are not supportive to you.

I have already done that and tried contacted them but now they are not even replying to my mail as well as my calls. How do i proceed in this context? Plus the Payroll team is in Hyderabad the Bangalore team says they have to do it and they never respond.

Dear Kodial,
I appreciate your position. In the instant case you have to approach the COO/CEO of the company and apprise him full facts of the case and your problem with request to redress it or guide you for an amicable settlement thereof. Before doing so please ensure that the resignation you tendered is in conformity with the norms and rules of the company under reference.
