Could someone suggest how to calculate no.of working days & mandays while filing principal employer annual return.

Good Morning,
No of days working days should be all days in a month excluding weekly off, company holiday.
Mandays worked should be the aggregate number of attendance of workers, in all the working days. In reckoning attendance, Partial attendance
for less then half a days should be ignored and more than half a day should be treated as full attendance.
Hope this helps.

i am calculating this way say, for the month of oct 31 less no.of off days & holidays /aggregate attendance then again same approach for the recurring month & so on. at last i add all of them and multiply it by the no.of workers. is this the right approach.if no,can u please illustrate me with an example.

Hope you are maintaining the Muster roll and OT Register for all the workers. Please total the mandays every month and get the data. Holidays and Sundays will not be considered for preparing the Muster Roll.
For No of days worked, you can calculate all the working days your company have worked, i.e., If you worked full year, then you can calculate (365 days - 52 Sundays and 9 or 10 National & Festival Holidays = 304 or 303 days)
