I am working nearly by 6 years , when i joined they told 12 days for CL and 12 days for SL and 12 days for EL/VL( which was carry fwd) but every year that EL leave was not add more than 17 days in HRIS , so now if i resign that 17 days only company will pay . kindly advise how the rule and act
