hello seniors,
I would like to get help from you on the leave system that is followed in the NGO.
I am working in the NGO, where We get certain leaves on yearly basis.
Is it any possible, that leaves are directly connected with our performance. Means, if any employee fails to perform his duty, leave of all the employees would get cancel???
please help me.

Mr. Viswajeet,
I dont think there is any such legal binding for leave that if, employee does not perform well his leave would get cancelled . Well we are registered under Society . He have specific leave procedure .
12 Casual , 12 Earned and 7 Sick Leave. Besides this we have a week paternal leave and three months maternal leave..
