Hi all,
Today, I had an interview for an IT recruiter job. I have experience in in-house recruitment. During the interview, I was asked, "Do I have experience in Niche skills?" Unfortunately, I couldn't answer that. Can anyone please explain what Niche skills are and how I can learn and implement them?
Thanks.

Hi Anand,
"Niche" is just an expression used to ask the interviewee whether he/she has the skills to recruit for a specific requirement, and in your case, maybe IT recruitment. As you know, in IT, there are various positions that vary from company to company. There are recruiters who have niche experience in recruiting Java programmers, PHP programmers, game testers, animation artists, etc.
Hope you get the point.
