I have worked with one company in Pune for 4 months and suddenly changed jobs to a new company in Gurgaon without any intimation or proper relieving process. Now, I want to withdraw my PF amount from my Pune company. I have tried to contact my Pune Company's HR several times, but they are not responding.
Please help me with my queries:
1. Can I transfer my Pune PF account to my Gurgaon PF account? If yes, what form is required for the transfer process?
2. Is it possible to download the required form directly from the internet?

Hi Deepak,
You can get your PF amount transferred, and for that, according to me, you need to fill out Form-13 (Please double-check on the website).
Visit the website for more details at www.epfindia.com.

Sure, you can withdraw your PF accumulations, or it can be transferred! Ideally, I suggest you transfer it to your new account. Please fill out Form No. 13, which should be duly attested by your current employer. If you know the name of the previous company and PF account number, you can apply from your PF itself. The transfer process will take at least 3 months. Good luck!

Dear Deepak,
No withdrawal of EPF is not possible as it requires a minimum completed service of 6 months. However, through Form 13, you can get your EPF transferred.

Hi, my sister was working with Omnia BPO for 6 to 7 months and now she is at Yatra.Com. She is currently facing the same issue regarding her Provident Fund (PF). Could you please suggest how she can access all her PF funds? Is there a specific process she needs to follow to transfer her PF to her current PF account number?
Thank you.

Hi Sofy,
Yes, your sister can transfer the amount of P.F. from the previous P.F. A/C No. to the new P.F. A/C No. For that, she has to fill up Form No-13 under PF Act, but she has to know her previous P.F. No. The form should be attested by the current employer.
Thanks,
