Hi Dear Friends,
I come back to you all Dears to get drop knowledge of yours by solving a problem, using FORMULA.
Mostly in Afghanistan working hours is: 8:00AM to 4:00PM = 8 hours.
If an employ is working part time, for example 9 - 4 or 10 - 4 or 1 - 4. 7, 6, or 4 hours a day.
I am going to test it in an excel sheet using formula to enter in - out hours, automatically show the total working hours as I attached the template.
It is highly appreciated if you could help me!
Many thanks in advance!

Hi Parwiz,
You can simply find out the difference in both times by subtracting the in-time from out-time (=D2-C2). And change the result cell's (E2) format to 'h:mm'.
You can refer the modification I'd made in your template (I'd changed one employee's out time for more clarity).
Have a nice day!
