Hello all,
I would like to get some feedback regarding the training programs. My company has recently initiated in-house training programs to train our staff in various departments, such as Procurement, Engineering, HR personnel, and Planning. This is the first time the company is creating a budget for training and planning to invest in workers. How can we secure the payment if someone undergoes training, such as PMP, and then finds a better opportunity elsewhere? Should we consider having the employee sign a bond since we are investing in their development? We are concerned that after becoming certified, they may leave the company. Any suggestions you can provide would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Dear Kashif,
Your worry is only about the exit of trained employees. What about those who remain but do not implement any learning? Is this not a loss to your company?
To avoid this, please check the following links. These are replies to past posts on training and will be useful for measuring training effectiveness:

By the way, I conduct training on Purchase and Inventory Management subjects. Measuring training effectiveness is easier in these subjects. It would be my pleasure to provide you help in this area. Dear Mr. Dinesh,
Thank you for your feedback. You are absolutely right. Somehow, we can measure the performance of employees before the training and after they have been trained through evaluations on a quarterly basis. Your second point is also valid as we are concerned about the return on investment from employees. I will review your profile and the courses you have delivered.
Thank you and have a good day.
