This is to inform you that I have joined a new service sector as an HR & Admin Executive. However, there are no HR & Admin related activities currently in place. I am the first person who will be initiating HR & Admin activities here.

I kindly request guidance on the activities I should begin as an HR & Admin person since there is no senior personnel available to provide direction.

Dear Mrugen,

In this organization, PF, ESI, and some statutory requirements are being implemented. I am aware that maintaining discipline can be challenging, especially with the presence of experienced staff. It is crucial to handle them differently than new or fresh employees.

One of the main issues we are facing is that some employees are not punctual in attending the office, which is affecting overall productivity. I have limited knowledge in administrative matters, so I seek your guidance on maintaining discipline effectively.

In addition to disciplinary actions suggested by Mrugen Vyas, I would like to add, Salary Deduction for late arrivals, after condoning three delays in a month.
