Dear All,
I have the following doubts regarding PF and pension:
1. I joined the company in 2009. Am I eligible for monthly pension?
2. What are the rules for pension?
3. I heard that if the membership is less than 6 months, then employer contribution is not applicable. Is it correct?

Dear Govind, Yes you asre eligible for the pension if PF id deducted from your salary. If the employee leaves before six month of the services then he is not eligible for Pension. Regards Upasana
