Is it possible that a group of people feel like someone has an attitude and it seems that the behavior towards them is not very good?

Is it possible that on the 25th day in any company, without any prior notice or warning, HR comes and asks you to resign or face termination, giving you the option to choose one without providing any chance to explain?

Please tell me about it. Is it possible? If yes, then what can an employee do in this situation where he/she knows that there was nothing from his side regarding the attitude and behavior, and it was either a misunderstanding or a planned way to terminate?

Please review the following:

1) How many years has the employee worked in that organization?
2) Has the employee been given any chance to change to another group company if it is a part of the same group?
3) Do a reality check on the Heads of Departments (HODs) to determine if harassment by them has led to this situation. It is often observed that good employees leave due to bad bosses. Usually, no one points fingers at the favorites within the organization; it is always the non-favorites who face consequences.
4) Has the employee been regularly counseled by HR?
5) Has the employee ever requested a transfer in the past, and if so, why was it not implemented?
6) If the employee is a senior member who has been with the organization for a significant period, is it possible for the organization to offer Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) instead of asking for resignation or termination?

Attitudes change with circumstances, and the behavior of everyone in the organization plays a role in shaping these attitudes. Therefore, one should never terminate a person based solely on attitude.

As you mentioned on the "25th Day," it appears that the employee is still on probation. If that's the case, please review the appointment conditions. Usually, an employee can be terminated without giving reasons during that period.

Thank you all for your suggestions.

But I still don't get the answer here.

I am explaining the whole story here - what happened from joining till resignation.

- DOJ: 1st August 2013
- Joined as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator
- Reporting to Managing Director/National Sales Head and General Manager Marketing

Upon observation, some HR and admin personnel and the MD's secretary had issues with her. She had just joined on 15th August. On the same day, it came to light that she had a conflict where she was yelled at and seen crying in the MD's office. Following this incident, two HR persons requested her resignation without any prior notice or explanation. There was only a brief mention of her attitude not being suitable and a lack of expected politeness for the job. All this occurred on the 26th of August.

To date, I have not received my full salary amount as agreed. There was a clause in the agreement stating that if an employee leaves before completing one year of service, they have to serve a 6-month notice period or pay 6 months' salary to the company.
